Lift was out of order for 2days

We liked the location as a family, we walked to the bullring a couple of times. Takes roughly 20mins . The size of the property was good for 6 of us. There was coffee and sugar and tea in the cupboards. WiFi was also good 👍

The communication with the property was poor, we had a major problem with communication. Which resulted in us stuck outside for a good 40 minutes with an 83 year old woman and 2 children. They gave us directions to the property only 2pm on the day of arrival. When I asked did I need a key or a code for the lockbox I was ignored. Tried messaging a couple of times, we rang different numbers from multiple phones and had no answer. It was definitely 40 minutes if not longer by the time we got a response with a photo of the lockbox code to retrieve the key. I can't comprehend why the code wasn't giving with the directions to the property. Only thing I can think of is there's actually someone living in the apartment when it's not rented out. After reading further through the reviews we're not the first bookers with trouble trying to get access to the apartment. When we finally got in, the bin was half full, there was a used towel on rail In the bathroom and the bed wasn't changed or cleaned before our arrival or during our stay. This led to my son actually having to sleep on the couch as it's not very hygienic if I'm honest. There was also a t shirt belonging to someone else on the other double bed. None of these things left a good impression. I text the number I was contacted on immediately about the situation only to get a reply when we were in the airport to go home. Saying so sorry only seeing this now. I'm sorry it's not acceptable, I don't understand why there's an 80 euro cleaning fee when we went into messy setting.

Great for family stay - I was on own and still felt great value at the price I paid.

Great stays with big family for 7 people Large Very good location from City Centre. 101 bus stop to Centre at the corner,fast food restaurant at the corner. Inside the property clean and quiet. Large beds,tv,WiFi .Value for money

A bit loud because because straight at the window is a traffic.And in kitchen you must add Microwave.But otherwise we no have issues.

The safe and secure parking is excellent. The facilities in the apartment are good.

We lived in the second floor. The lift’s light should turn on when lifting.

Really clear instructions and good communication with the host who were responsive to queries and questions. Beds very comfy and the apartment was very clean with basics provided (washing to liquid/ toilet roll etc). Parking was a bonus!

The weather was exceptionally hot during our stay and although fans were provided, the apartment temperature was too hot. There weren’t enough mugs!

Location was very convenient and nicely decorated.

Location good .A problem getting the key as an email had not been sent with key lock code and location so caused some stress and had to contact Booking.com as owner not responding

It was extremely noisy as next to a road junction and insufficient fans as it was very hot and stuffy. Could have been cleaner the blinds were filthy . Would not recommend to others
