The unit was very clean. We had no trouble finding and getting into the unit because the hosts’ instructions were clear. The hosts responded quickly to emails and supplied an item I requested. There was adequate kitchen equipment for all we wanted to do. The windows have working blinds. I was really happy there were no plug-in deodorizers, which I dislike.

The bed is two big twins put together as one giant bed, which is too big for the tiny bedroom. To get to the far side I had to squeeze my knees through a five-inch-wide space between the bed frame and wall. Over four nights this became tiresome, as did climbing up onto the bed, which is also very high. Thermostat was 6 inches above my head, shower head out of reach for me; luckily my husband is taller and dealt with both. This unit is better for a tall person, not so great for a short one (I am 5’1”).

It was in a great location and handy to the septa

Location: convenience and I felt pretty safe. It’s quiet and clean, spacious and cute.

I couldn’t make it dark at night even with all the binds down, and to it make one large bed, you could feel that two single beds were pushed together.

The location in Philadelphia was excellent, situated in a nice quiet area. The apartment was clean and stocked with every amenity I could need. It was a really nice stay

Just as expected. Instructions were thoroughly explained, great phone support. In the hard of the vibrant downtown, with lots of small restaurants and shops. Fairly close to convention center.
