unfriendly neighbors. suspicious characters. smoking what smells like Cannabis . makes family uncomfortable and feels unsafe.

Water outage

I love that this apartment is beautiful, neat and is well situated in Gordon’s Bay and close to amenities. Lizaan was a great host and was easy to reach and responded promptly. She communicated that there was a water outage in the Gordon’s Bay area the morning before our check in time and offered an immediate refund if we wanted to cancel our stay but had advised the ETA of the outage was by 2pm. We decided to wait until 2pm or 3pm to see if the water came back before deciding to cancel our stay. Luckily, she communicated that the water came back before we would have had to look for alternative accommodation. We appreciated her being proactive in the situation and keeping us in the loop every step of the way. When we got to the apartment to our surprise she had left us some treats and a welcome note which was a lovely touch in this beautiful apartment.

Nothing at all everything was perfect and the apartment is just like the pictures.

I liked the cleanliness, the braai facilities, easy access to the keys and instructions were very clear.

The only thing that I did not like was the noise levels early in the morning coming from the neighbors, I am not sure if if was the apartment below or next door. However, there was quite a bit of screaming, swearing and loud chatter which made it difficult to fall asleep.
