The location is nice, close to bars and restaurants and great views of downtown and the inclines.

The downstairs room I was assigned to smelled of humidity, sheets were stained and not entirely dried before the bed was made. Carpet was dirty and stained.. The bathroom and kitchen are all in one space.

Nothing really.

The unkempt surrounding

The location is fantastic, the bed is comfortable, the shower is hot, tv is huge,access is easy, ample free parking, deer roaming the neighborhood.

Very damp, amenities not great, the mouldy unkempt patio furniture on the back porch is unusable and should be removed. Please note the toilet and shower is in the same room as the dining table. There is no kitchen sink just the laundry basin. This is the basement of a house. The upper part is a rental too.

The location is perfect

Bed room was in good shape and clean. Shower cabinet and toilet was clean. However, laundry room overall was not so clean i.e. spider web/dust here and there and there was water on the floor. Cushion seats on the balcony had moulds. Can be noisy if there are visitors above for example cracking floors and the thin walls.
