Nada No existia Me acusaron de no presentarme En el chat reclamo que estoy afuera de un lugar que no existe y no responden el teléfono Me reembolsaron el total del dinero y si no me presente como que hacen eso Lamento que Booking se preste para esto de acusarme de no presentarme

First of all,the apartment's address booking.com gave us after we paid was incomplete! Claiming they found bed bugs they gave us another flat then the one we have booked.It was ok, not as good as the first one.The complete address was given to us 1 hour before the check in while we were on the plane.There was no WiFi, although for 3 days they insist the opposite and finally 10 hours before our check out somebody with router ect.came to install it.The flat wasn't clean when we got there, the cleaning service finished 3 hours after the check in time!!!The accomodation manager (Mihai)was rude,wise guy and not available for us the whole time.We've been asked to pay the environmental fee (16 euro) at a bank in Brussels,(plus 6 euro transfer)our bank in Greece blocked the payment for control,so we had to arrange that too!! They offered us a free bolt(9 euro cost)back to the airport but really it was the most difficult and frustrating booking we've ever made!!I wouldn't recommend it.

The apartment is cozy and clean, with a convenient location. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is very comfortable for relaxing after a day out. We especially loved the terrace for morning tea, and the host was friendly and helpful.
