3 restaurants pour tous les goûts- Buffet du matin exceptionnel - personnel très accueillants et au petit soin - literie top (très grand lit, très confortable) - lieu magnifique calme et avec de nombreux endroits intimes ou avec du monde - une plage immense où on peut se balader sur des kms - de nombreux restaurants locaux à proximité (à moins de 15mn)

Un peu loin des îles, parcs ou autres activités mais c’est aussi pour ça que c’est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer et profiter

Wir hatten nochmal eine eigene Frühstücks-Area, dort war es super angenehm, eine riesen Auswahl und wirklich der lecker. Uns wurde eine kleine Poolvilla angeboten, da die scheinbar noch frei war, wir konnten es selber kaum fassen. Der Strand ist sehr weitläufig und die Lage ist absolut ruhig. Sehr schönes Hotel.

You couldn’t get food after 10pm.. a problem if you have a late flight! A bit too out on its own!

We would certainly return here if we go back to Thailand

Na plus ośrodka na pewno lokalizacja przy samej plaży, bufet śniadaniowy w części willowej. Masaże, z których korzystaliśmy w trakcie pobytu również na plus.

Mieszkaliśmy w domku z jacuzzi. Domek w mojej opinii nosi ślad wyraźnego zużycia, na pewno wymaga odświeżenia. Największym problemem była czystość po zameldowaniu. Dwa razy musieliśmy prosić o posprzątanie po wprowadzeniu się do domku, umycie okien, kabiny prysznicowej. Jednak najgorsza była brudna toaleta, która nie została wyczyszczona po wcześniejszych mieszkańcach. W ramach rekompensaty za te niedogodności mogliśmy skorzystać z kolacji w jednej z restauracji w ośrodku.

The hotel is in a great location, if you're looking for a quiet beach-front hotel. There are a couple of nice restaurants within a short car journey or you the food at the on-site restaurant was also good. The hotel is very close to memories beach, which is walkable across a small bridge (maybe 10 minutes walk).

Since we booked family rooms, I think it would be fair to assume we have children with us. For some reason, the family rooms are all located upstairs, with no lift. Multiple parents with small children had to carry buggies up and down the stairs, which wasn't very easy or safe. Our young son (4 years old) fell down the smaller set of stairs (maybe 5 or 6 stairs) and sustained a nasty bruise to his leg. There is also an issue with the surface around the pool. The hotel claimed it had recently been renewed/laid, but for whatever reason, sharp pieces of stones are loose on the surface, leading to 2 of our children needing medical assistance to remove the stones and treat the wounds. I also had to pull a piece out of my own foot, which was painful. There are also two sets of people at this resort - those on all-inclusive and those that are just bed and breakfast. We didn't stay all inclusive and we weren't offered the chance to pay to upgrade on check-in which we may have been interested in. I feel like that's a missed opportunity for the hotel.
