Very good location, right in the centre!

Kitchen utensils and some equipment were not clean

The place is in city and closer to the beach.

Apartments was very dirty and there was hair on bed and towels on floor, when I contacted them about the cleaning he said he will see what he can do and did nothing about it. We had to buy cleaning products and clean ourselves since we didn't have any choice. He send someone next day but didn't even let them know we were in the house, the cleaner walk on us changing. He offered us part refund but didn't do it

Great central location yet very quiet. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Very clean bathroom and kitchen. Bonus having a bath.

Parking expensive in Brighton so is quite an additional cost. Soap and shower gel would have been good to be included. Rug and carpets could have done with a vacuum, also under the sofa.

Upon arrival entered the apartment and was welcomed by the strong smell of cigarette smoke and dampness. You can see the damp by bedroom door and mould in the bedroom, advertised as a two bedroom apartment but it was only a 1 bedroom with a pullout sofa bed in the front room. Property was not cleaned and hoovered, and floors not mopped, stained sofa and duvet covers, the bath plug was blocked

Kitchen needs a grill pan. One of the blinds was completely stuck.
