El alojamiento estuvo lindo

Llegamos a la 1 AM ( por el retraso del vuelo) No funcionaba el cofre donde se encontraba la llave para entrar, y tuvimos ( mi sobrina de 20 y yo de 53 años ) que pasar la noche en la escalera, y al ir con mis padres (adultos mayores) tuvimos que recorrer hoteles caminando personalmente para reservar ya era tarde y no se podía realizar por ninguna aplicación, solo conseguimos una habitación. La administración del alojamiento me contestó que no podían enviar a nadie ni a las llaves para que podamos ingresar, y aparecieron a las 10:30 AM del día siguiente, llegó un técnico que me dijo que él estaba de guardia y no habría tenido ningún problema de ir a cualquier hora ( SI ALGUIEN LE HUBIERA AVISADO), ya que él tenía copia de la llave El alojamiento dijo que no me cobraría la noche que pase en la escalera, pero ya transcurrieron 30 días y todavía no ocurrió, lo menos que podrían hacer es no cobrar la noche siguiente por el mal momento que pasamos

bello y confortable apartamento, bien ubicado cerca a dos estaciones de metro. muy bello, sencillo pero estético, bien cuidado, limpio

Súper céntrico, cerca de todo. Sin ruidos. Aire acondicionado, perfecto para el calor de Madrid.

Colchón de muelles, incómodo. En los servicios se ofrece gel, pero sólo había un fondo con agua. De resto todo bien.

Location

Unhelpful Owners. We spent over two hours trying to get the building digital door code to operate. We followed the provided instructions perfectly. There was NO help and very little communication from the owners during this time. We had to ring the neighbours to let us in and then convince them to let us into the building later in the night so we could get dinner out. On our way out, some men came in to look at the wifi router. But we never had a message from the owners that they were coming. I've never left a negative review before, but the owners still haven't acknowledged or apologised for all of this.

The location was great, and the interior was cute

It was dirty, unhygienic and disgusting when we arrived. There were multiple stains on the couch and pillows as we arrived. We weren‘t able to enter at our promised time. As we arrived on our agreed time, the apartment hadn‘t even been cleaned yet and we had to let the cleaning service into the apartment, because they didn‘t know how to get in. Then they cleaned for 1h (and we had to wait!), as we then walked in we saw that they had done a horrible job and that it was still very dirty.
