Bernice 3bd2bth With Heated Pool Near Siesta Key!

It is a great quiet area, the house was spacious for us. It was equipped with everything. We had our own parking space and garage. We personally didn’t mind driving to get to the beach. If you enjoy walking to places this is not the place, it is a residential area.

When we arrived at the house (45 minutes past the check-in time), it was not clean, and the beds were unmade! I contacted the owner. The response was fast and the situation was properly addressed, but it was an inconvenience. After hours of driving, we wanted to rest.

Our family was in need of a weekend away after dealing with our daughters illness and chemo treatments and this was perfect! The home was absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our family time in the heated pool and the location was just a few miles away from siesta key beach. The host was extremely friendly and communicated quickly. Thank you for giving our family the peace we needed to get our second wind to continue the battle ahead. Hope to stay in this beautiful home soon!

The only thing we didn't like is that we didn't get to stay longer!

Pool, when it was clean! Kitchen was great. Patio was nice.

TV was satellite & went off frequently, property was run down, not kept up. Many issues when we arrived.

No wash clothes the blinds were falling off the wall I. One bedroom and the pool could have been cleaner had son green spots in the sides and bottles

While our stay had potential, we encountered several issues that impacted our experience. The pool heating was advertised, but we received no response to our inquiries about activating it during a cold night. We were also disappointed by the cleanliness: the house felt dusty, and one towel in the master bedroom appeared to have been previously used. Additionally, the check-in process was frustrating as the provided entry code did not work, requiring us to call for assistance. Given the high cleaning fee, we expected the property to be in much better condition.

Loved everything about it, such a great location for a nice relaxing holiday. Fantastic facilities clean and the host was wonderful to link in with, immediately addressed any minor concerns.

Tv in the living room kept switching off but it was fine we watched tv in the master room.

I absolutely loved this location and pool! Its in a great neighborhood with an awesome backyard. Siesta Beach is 8 minutes away, with free parking.

They definitely need to put a rail/bar in the pool steps, to help getting in and out of pool. It is a very steep incline.
