Noise From ac, furniture older and deteriorating. The lock door doesn’t work. The gps gives directions wrong. But is beside street

Perfect location for our trip. Very nice having the washer and dryer in the unit!

The location in relation to our family was perfect. The outdoor amenities of the resort were well maintained and fun to use. Pool, putting green, pickleball court and playground all made for fun in between events.

The actual "home" was in a bad state. The photos provided on the listing are old and outdated. The furniture was filthy and peeling. There were holes in the wall. The dryer vent and AC filter hadn't been changed in a very long time. Both were filthy and brinking on fire hazard. Everything was broken.. the blinds were held together with scotch tape.

Loved the house I want to move there soon.

Traffic was the only bad thing.

Not thing at all. It was wonderful.

Location and Cleaness was good.

At the time of reservation I selected the option "add a bed", because my brother was traveling with his wife and 2 daughters so an extra bed was a good idea for a 10 days staying. When they arrived into the room there was not an extra bed and there was no room for an extra bed, so it seems like something is wrong into the app (Please do not offer something that you are not able to deliver). The 7th day my brother and family came back at 10 pm and the door passcode was not working. We tried to contact the host and never answered the phone, direct messages, messages through Booking, etc... My brother called the police, the sheriff also tried the code and did not work. They had to find another hotel to stay that night. Next day, the host reached out to us and send his wife (by noon) to open the door and said that nothing was wrong with the door lock nor the passcode. So I assume that my brother, his family and the sheriff got crazy that night. It was sad to find out that the host was not available to support you when you need some help to enter into your room. My brother decided to pickup their stuffs and find a more responsable hotel for the last 2 days of vacation. Bottom line: If you want to run a business, please take good care of your customers so they will be happy to come back some day. Thanks.

The location was near all the places we wanted to be, there was enough room for a family of 4, and having the use of a washer and drier was convenient.

Walls could use some cleaning, hand towels and wash cloths for bathroom would be helpful along with some extea blankets, didn't have enough toilet paper, was only 1 roll, and we got no response to get help. Appeared only communication was to try and get us to stay longer.
