Alba is very nice, friendly and check-in went really smoothly, however hygiene was not good enough and there was a moldy smell with falling small pieces from the ceiling.

I really liked the location, a few steps away from the metro station and 15 min into the city. The bed mattress was good

Communication at arrival was not great, I told the host the time I arrive and they didn't tell the person who was supposed to hand the keys, so I had to do some back and forth messaging at arrival to figure out who is giving me the keys and if they can make the time (one option they suggested was that I wait around for 1.5hrs before I get the key). All was solved in the end. The accommodation is advertised as one-bed apartment, it is a mini-studio at best. The court where it's located is shared with 3 or 4 other apartments, with quite noisy inhabitants. One night they had visitors around 2am, and fought from 4 to 5am, so I couldn't sleep at all. This is of course not the owner's fault, it's just something to be aware when you book. I had requested extra blanket because weather forecast showed really cold weather, I was told the air conditioning is more than enough. It was in fact not, it got very cold in the room, especially in the night. I had to message again asking for a solution, and I was told extra blanket was under the bed (wasn't shown that on arrival). If you are a woman, the bed frame is very heavy to lift to get the blankets from storage box. The hot water was only available for 3-5 minutes at one time, so you can take a shower if you've been trained in the military. The owner said the tank holds reserve for 2 people and needs time to heat, but that was not what I experienced at all. I would be away all day and in the evening the hot water would finish in under 5 min, I barely managed. The ceiling has water infiltration, so you may get some plaster fall onto your things if you leave them under that area.
