"Beautiful tent and position !"

7.0

The tent was great. The position is good. Restrooms clean.

There aren’t hairdryer, glasses, silverware, dishes and neither a fridge. There was a igloo box but without ice, so we have to buy every this thing . In this way more than 2 days you can’t stay but however we have been well here . The nature is the very protagonist !

"Assez moyen"

6.0

"Such a wonderful and practical idea for us as we spent most of our time off site and at the beach!"

10.0

Excellent value given the location to the beach, food, and to the rest of the members of our party that was staying in a hotel.

Power bank was onsite given that you do not have power directly to your tent. So bring your own power bank. Would love if there was wifi.

Tent clean and tidy at check in Photo of first red pillar road marker helpful. Power banks and fans with power bank available for borrowing Body board available for borrowing Bedding clean and comfortable Dome tent water proof View from tent “window” to banana tree field Door locks provided String lights provided Hammocks and canopy sitting area Water dispenser with hot and cold water Charging station for power banks and fans Parking next to tent Quiet landscape and grassy field Unique outdoor experience in market crowded Directly across from Hukilau Beach Bathrooms cleaned before I showered every morning Shampoo, body soap, hand soap and TP provided

Opportunities for improvement: Bug control for extended stays - Ants crawling on floor and bed in my tent after third night stay. I did not know what options I had other than to try and squash them all. Note: I did not bring food into the tent at all during my stay. Door padlock code was inaccurate leaving my tent unsecured for my first day. Please double check code and provide a more secure code. Other campers could easily guess my code based upon my tent number. Power banks and fans only provide USB A output. I suggest providing adapters or new power banks that offer USB C output. Outdoor Extension cords provided at bathroom table did reach my tent, but the cord was damaged and power did not flow. Folding table at bathroom cluttered with random items and plant overgrowth. Not sure what was communal use items vs other camper belongings. Maybe offer “lockers” near the bathrooms for securing overnight device charging or personal items? Better organization using shelving and labels? Relocate the cleaning supplies outdoor storage bin to a location away from bathrooms to avoid confusion. Bathroom light switch in one bathroom required multiple adjustments to work properly. May need replacement. Bathroom light was left on by another camper at night and when I took a shower my first night here, the bathroom was swarming with bugs and bugs were stuck to toilet, sink and mirror. Maybe put self-closing springs on the door or auto-shutoff lights after 15 minutes? After red pillar road marker and land bridge crossing, the entrance off the dirt road not clearly marked. Add signage with arrows to help guide campers. Bathroom ventilation can be improved with ceiling or window ventilation fans. String light instructions via booking.com message were not clear and paper with instructions was hiding in drawer of night stand. Maybe label the string light battery/solar with instructions? WiFi connection was available only by bathrooms.
