"Great and recommended."

It’s spacious and modern type.It has a balcony that has a good view . It is a 25 minutes walk from the Airport ( we have a fast pace of walking😅). It is a walking distance for bus station to theCity center. It is quite at night except when there is an Airplane passing by.

The sink is stock up.

I booked this on behalf of my family and they are elderly so I was hoping that it was going to be an easy experience for them from checking in to finding their way there. Absolutely amazing communication with the host and kept checking up on them by messaging me asking how they are. This will now be the only place I will book when visiting Marrakesh again. Thank you again to the team for making this a pleasant stay for my family, appreciate it, 10/10.

The apartment was very lovely located on a beautiful golf resort. I would recommend staying there.

A few days before our stay the owner accused us of staying during the recent devastating earthquake resulting in him not trusting me… To be honest I still don’t fully understand the situation. He was quite rude and unprofessional about it and dismissed the booking. After some explaining he stated that it was a misunderstanding with a booking with a previous customer who had the exact same name as me… it got sorted in the end. Trying to find the apartment was also quite trying, the address under “property address” is the wrong one. The address at the top ‘Prestigia jade Marrakech ENTREE 191 APPARTEMENT 9’ is the correct address. We also went to the pool and a random security guard told us we had to pay for the sun-beds and took them off us. Later the same day the manger came down and explained we didn’t have to pay and gave us some sun beds at 5pm. A minor issue.

The host was super rude. Would not recommend getting in touch with this unpleasant man. He scolded us though whatsapp when we asked if we could still cancel due to the earthquake.
