Super établissement !

Un séjour au top ! L’appartement était super propre, cosy et parfaitement entretenu. Anaïs est une hôte en or, toujours dispo, adorable et à l’écoute. Elle s’assure vraiment que tout se passe bien, ce qui fait toute la différence ! Je recommande à 1000 %, et j’y retournerai sans hésiter !

We saw several places in Guadeloupe and this was by far the best. We loved our stay there and would have liked to stay longer. It is renovated with good supplies in the kitchen. Not only a washer, but also a dryer. A small cabinet left of the oven carries spices for cooking. And for the first time there was a digital scale in the kitchen for exact measurements - it was even possible to make a bread dough... For children a highchair and extra bed are available. Extra bedding is also provided. The pest control, a problem in many places, is here exceptional. For the first time there were not bugs or ants inside. This is great management of the place! Anaïs is very helpful and a nice person. You can always write her and get help. Thanks for the wonderful experience. We would come back for sure. Even the neighbors were nice. A top location in walking distance to a beach. A bus stop near. A few food places in walking distance. The internet works easily and quite well compared to other places. We could not check in early, but leave some items in advance which helped a lot.

Only some minor improvements possible or things to know. One bedroom has a little less insulating windows and only one air-conditioned and no normal fan. At night a neighbor dog could be heard barking and chicken in the morning. But overall the best place we have seen. The toilet is weirdly placed (a spacial problem for tall people) and the toilet seat in general not the most comfortable. Some appliances might profit from a description or manual. The oven was not really easy to handle. The washer did not respond quickly to pressing the on button. As some have commented, the winding stairs leading to the apartment are not suitable for everyone. And the rest of the house is unrenovated and looks a little bit shabby. The parking lot opposite is very small, this makes parking stressful and the cars left and right might even cause damage...
