"Very Good"

Beautiful home. Very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet neighbors. Safe. Gated parking. Fits 2 small vehicles. Great communication with a willingness to fix a broken couch. Close to downtown and easy drive.

Stairs are extremely steep for elderly. Seating furniture was uncomfortable and not enough space for 4 people to be comfortable.

"Not so Oasis - urban - Not Art District"

Nice comfortable accommodation

Too many steps to climb with heavy luggage. Gates were extremely inconvenient but necessary for security. Locks were worn out to access properly, especially at night ,(need a flashlight) bathroom sink needs to be replaced - couldn't really even use!

"Awesome home base for NOLA visiting."

Everything! Off street secure parking. Close enough to walk to most NOLA sites. Close to RTA stops for longer distances. Spacious. 3 bedrooms with/ 4 beds. All comfortable. Complete kitchen. Washer dryer. Manager checked on us via text. Responded quickly to minor issues.
