The instructions and video were very helpful in checking in, communication with the owners was great, and it was very conveniently located. It was lovely place to stay.

A lovely apartment, very comfortable, beds were comfy and was great to have decent pillows for good nights sleep. It was very close to the city centre, so a great location. The check in instructions was straight forward after watching the videos. Definitely would recommend

When I got to the apartment it was so clean and inviting. The bed was so so comfy and the location too was literally everything I was after.

Very adequate accommodation and handy for Warner Bros Studios and local amenities. The management tried their best to accommodate our needs remotely. We appreciated their efforts and allowing us to park for an extra hour until 11am.

Hallway stank of lots of cigarette smoke, but it didn't go far into the flat. The bathroom was full of black mould, no sink plug, vent full of dirt and grime, and the toilet brush was absolutely full of fetes. I had to clean it before my family could use the facility. £85 from the invoice is allocated to cleaning, and a £250 deposit is required. Given the basic standard of bathroom maintenance and cleanliness, £249 per night is far too high! The pillows are so high and hard they gave us bad necks!
