How close it was to the sea and the view from the windows. The fact it was dog friendly too. It also has a fully equipped kitchen so cooking in the apartment is no problem. Also catered for babies with a travel cot and high chair.

Everything was very clean and tidy. Lots of added extras in welcome pack. Great communication throughout from booking until after our stay.

The lookout was gorgeous, great views of the sea. Tastefully decorated. Very cosy and warm with the option of using the log burner. Perfectly located for a short walk down to the beach.

Very spacious and the beds and sofas were really comfortable. The furniture is of excellent quality and is laid out in such a way to maximise space and the fabulous views from the windows. The high ceilings and the bifold doors out to the balcony from the master bedroom was just amazing.The most superb sea views all the way down to Filey seafront and the brigg. The cottage was very warm and comfortable and the host really has gone above and beyond to make sure it’s equipped with everything you need. Plenty of crockery and utensils in the kitchen, extra blankets in the bedrooms and super soft fluffy towels. Victoria the owner was extremely friendly and helpful with check in and check out instructions and really has thought of everything you could possibly need on holiday. The cleaning is also to a very high standard. As frequent visitors to Filey we will definitely be looking to book the lookout again for future holidays as everything about it was 5 *

Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect.

Everything was immaculate and the view from the glass bedroom window,balcony was breathtaking ! The facilities onsite were very impressive everything within walking distance including the beach, even for those using a wheelchair or scooter.Very well signposted.Shame the pub onsite was very expensive for food however can get food delivered or eateries very close by off site.Very useful information book from Victoria.Hosts can always be reached either by phone or message. Would give them an excellent rating.

Location was perfect and the little touches including the Xmas decorations were lovely.
