I liked the self-check in and the location in relation to the CTICC.

The kitchen felt very used, with no teaspoons. And al amenities weren’t available as listed on the app.

Didn't like the view room 408 had the worst view

Spacious and close to most destinations. The staff is responsive and kind. A smooth self-check in and out. The Aircon didn't work.

The room had cockroaches, no carpet by the bedside, and the kettle had rust inside🤕so unfortunately, I could not use it.

Location, cleanliness and quick response.

From getting out of the elavator onto a very dirty smelly 4 floor. To appartment 208 where there is loud music cosming out of the appartment and no key in the lock box, 10 min before check in ( I asked the host and she told me we can go in the cleaning lady will just swing by ) I knock on the door and the cleaning lady is just chilling on the couch watching tv. I got the key from her and leave still to explore. I called the host and said im not liking what I walked into, and kind of get a rude response to just brush it off ( the appartment is clean I was told.. it was not ) Later we got back and started to check everything. Two BIG sliding windows that can't lock. I messaged the host asking for help and we get a few try this amd that but nothing worked and the she stopped responding so I contacted booking.com self since I have 2 toddlers and feared for their saftey with windows that kids can climb onto something and fall out remeber we are on the 4 th floor. They asked for a refund and the host refused. Besides the window we found realy dirty dishes in the cubbord as well as glasses and it was also dusty around the fridge and dirty, aswell as the windows was so dirty we could barely see out of them.. and the appartment smelled like sweat and burnt food I am also not allwed to post videos of sliding windows not lockin, only pictures. . .

Staff, reception. Did not ask for booking ref After unpacking all our staff, the receptionist said that she gave as te wrong 😐😞 room! Unsafe area as well
