La struttura non era in condizioni accettabili per il soggiorno. All’arrivo abbiamo riscontrato una grave infestazione di scarafaggi presenti in più punti dell’alloggio, inclusa la cucina e il bagno. Gli insetti provenivano anche dalle tubature e dal pozzetto di scarico del bagno e si muovevano liberamente all’interno dell’ambiente. Le condizioni igieniche erano tali da rendere impossibile restare nella struttura, motivo per cui siamo stati costretti a lasciare l’alloggio durante la notte e prenotare un’altra sistemazione. Non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta dal proprietario nonostante diversi tentativi di contatto. Ne abbiamo ricevuto alcun rimborso, nonostante le ripetute richieste, abbiamo dovuto pagare a nostre spese un altro hotel e trasferirci di notte, sperando che gli scarafaggi non abbiano colonizzato le nostre valigie...

The hotel room was accomodating for 2 nights. It had what we needed - it is within walking distance or short ride to the historic sites in Manila. It had the basic necessities that we needed. It is a bit worn but is pretty clean. After checking out, they let us store our luggage which was helpful too.

You have to leave an ID at the reception desk during your stay. I did not want to leave my passport but they were willing to accept a driver's license or similar ID. Just remember to take another form of ID in order to leave.

I like that the room it is spacious and has a kitchen. I also liked that there were a lot of grocery stores nearby.

This room would have great, the only problems are that the lights above the bed and near the windows were not working. Also, the TV was not connected to wifi, we tried to connect it but the remote to the TV has no battery.
