Not applicable - no breakfast provided

Roads around Villa are very dodgy and plenty of potholes. We ended up with a hire car for ease of Tulum movement. Some door locks were not functional but felt very safe at all times. Lovely Villa and great hospitality by the host team. Be mindful the power in Tulum can be inconsistent - it went off 3 times during our stay - not a Villa issue but a Tulum grid concern.

The hosts were EXTREMELY communicative and very prompt to respond! They checked in multiple times to ensure we were prepared for arrival, as well as once we were settled to ensure we had everything we needed. The home is absolutely gorgeous -- we discussed multiple times how much we loved everything about the design, the decor/asthetic, layout, etc. The pool was beautiful and we loved relaxing in the sunken living area and looking into the vibrantly green backyard. There was plenty of space... the bathrooms were large with large rainfall shower heads. It did take a bit for the water to get hot and it did not stay hot very long, but given how nice the weather was, this was not much of an issue. It was great having a washer and dryer, although the dryer was not very efficient. Overall, I could have easily stayed here for a month -- or longer!

Very friendly staff. They were always reachable when needed and had various ideas and tips for us on what to do during our stay. House was as nice as in the pictures. We absolutely recommend the tequila tasting. Very interesting with all the information about tequila/mezcal and their connection with the local culture.

AC broke down (but was fixed on the next day so no big problem)
