The location.

The beds were really hard and so we're the pillows. So unfortunately we didn't get much sleep. Thought the price was way above average for this apartment. And also the front door was impossible to open.

The landlord contacted us to let us know the apartment we booked had a fault but that they would upgrade us for free to a different apartment in a better location. This apartment was fantastic - a short walk to Lanyon place and to night life. It was clean, modern, beds were comfy - sorry we didn't stay longer!

Clean, nicely decorated apt. Host was very prompt in dealing with our issues but the issues themselves took away from our overall experience.

Wasn’t the apt we originally booked because of a maintenance issue. Replacement apt provided on the day but it was smaller in size, with no balcony. Sofa bed broken and a lot of back & forth with the host to get it sorted, which he did very promptly but it took away from our trip. Also, advised to park at front of building however, received a ticket for £90. This is being paid by the host but all more work for us again having to take pictures and get onto the host.
