Love the location ! It's a walkable distance to Mall of Asia. Well equiped studio , responsive host , it's quite perfect for a short stay.

I think for a long stay, a washing machine in a studio would be handy, though honestly this was a good place for what I needed for 2 nights!

Unsafe and Unreliable Host – Avoid This Place Our family had a terrible experience. The reception refused check-in saying they hadn’t received the guest authorization form. I tried calling and messaging the host for over an hour with no response. It was night, and my wife, two kids, and I were stranded in a foreign country. The reception staff even tried to send us to another location with an unknown man, which felt unsafe. We had to book another hotel ourselves. The host only responded the next morning, blaming a time zone difference. This host is irresponsible and should not be allowed to operate. Please think twice before booking here.

Parking situation and the parking management is very disappointing overcharging and different agents telling you different parking fees at checkout, only take cash payment not even Gcash that’s concerning, but the host has nothing to do with that , I recommend not to use the parking facility try alternative parking in the area .
