Small but comfortable, tastefully decorated, fully equipped, safe and quite secure. The king-sized bed, and even the sofa bed, are comfy. The shower is powerful and hot. The full-sized clothes washer and dryer, with detergent and dryer sheets, is very convenient.    It's a beautiful condo complex. Mark provided very detailed directions and entry instructions.    THE BEST location for the rugged, unpopulated beach and rocket launches. Glorious sunrise from the balcony. Could hear the pounding surf, and feel the salt air. A return to roots for all of us.

Mark, It's a great condo and location. Thank you for hosting it. If you provided the coffee in the cabinet, thank you. It's getting low.

"An amazing long weekend, and Cocoa Beach. Just what we needed."

Very safe! Gated community. Condo had everything you need. Kitchen was clean and everything you need but food and drinks. Even had beach chairs, umbrellas beach towels etc. The balcony had a great view of the beach. And some of the best seafood restaurants within 2 miles

Maybe a little outdated but very nice.

Host communication and accommodations were great! Access to the beach was easy. Two showers were useful!

The sofa bed mattress was not that comfortable. The tub / shower drain was a little clogged.
