Location was convenient

Pictures online do not describe the actual house. Need to be updated. Not one working smoke detector they were all sitting in drawer. Coffee pot had huge crack in carafe and no top. Had to purchase Coffee maker to use. One overhead light in living room with one bulb in it Could not even use room at night. Dirty dishes in cabinets. No extra sheets for rollaway beds. Had to wash and dry dirty sheet and towels in basement so we had enough to use. Everything had to be wiped down before using. Very minimal cleaning of house. Would never book again.

Maintenance came in a timely manner when we reported an issue

Unusable closet space

Stay was very comfy and convenient, Hot tub was nice.

Great location, size of the house, plenty of room for my family, big yard area, hot tub was nice.

Wish it had soap in the bathrooms and kleenex, and extra trash bags would be nice.

This was a very convenient location, allowed us to travel all directions around Rochester with no problems. Rooms were all spacious and we were able to relax. Nice to have a large dining table. Also liked that all bedrooms are on one level.

The basement (where the washer and dryer are located) is pretty dark; only one lightbulb seemed to work and it wasn't over the laundry. We couldn't find a broom to use when we were tidying up.

This was very home warming, and it was a perfect location for everything.

The location in between houses to visit. Also access to stores nearby. Perfect!

It was not as clean as offered. Dust everywhere and hair from the previous occupants. The towels to shower were not the standard towel size you would find at a hotel that has the same rate this house offers.

The home was welcoming and had all the space we needed for our large family. The beds were comfortable and though the house was not immaculately cleaned, it smelled great and looked ready for use, without a lot of pre cleaning.

There is zero space to put my clothes away. The master bedroom definitely had enough room for a shelf or dresser for me to put clothes away, that don't go on hangers. When I go on vacation, I like to completely unpack to make ot feel more like home. I had to live out of the suitcase, which was unfortunate. It would not deter me from renting the same home again, however. I have something that is good for travel to hang in the closet, so I will bring that next time. The other rooms had multiple shelves in the closet, so it was not a problem for them.
