Management was responsive.

Not a place for family with kids. Neighbors can get very aggressive if there is any noise. Even walking around the house creates sounds which can be heard by neighbors. Parking is roadside and based on chance, if nobody parks in front then you can get that spot. The bathroom flush has issues too and the taps were very hard to completely close so the water was often left leaking. No mixer so separate taps for cold and hot water which is an issue. The owner/management though was very responsive so that's a plus.

"A comfy stay in a good location for visiting Coventry and Stratford"

The property was well laid out and in a good location, it felt safe and there was plenty of parking available nearby.Everything was very clean and tidy.

We were asked for a damages deposit the day before our stay which came as a surprise and something we hadn’t budgeted for. The cost was more than our two night stay. The bathroom could do with a refresh - comfortable but slightly outdated compared to the rest of the amazing decor 👌 The outside bins were full before we arrived (probably from a neighbour?)
