2 bedroom 17th Century Barn with surround sound TV in quiet village near great pubs and walks

Beautiful barn conversion - peaceful location and very spacious and well appointed.

Property was very clean, warm and the beds were comfortable. Instructions for appliances were available and the 'welcome file' contained useful information. All basics were provided

I was due to travel with another couple and expected 2 private bedrooms, however bedroom 2 was a partially screened area off the mezzanine level and, even with the roller blind down, the bedroom area was viewable from sitting area. For this reason I'd be reluctant to rebook this accommodation for 2 couples and I feel the bedroom layout should be more clearly described.

Perfect location for our trip. Quiet and very comfortable beds. Little touches like milk & biscuits in the fridge were very welcome. Easy to find things we needed and loved the cosy sitting area with the TV. The entire place was beautifully decorated in a contemporary style and we loved staying there.

The open plan living area got a bit chilly in the evening, but the blankets in the cosy sitting area helped.

As described, we were going to Le Manoir and found it easy to walk down the road to it. Easy to find and very comfortable.

Lots of space. Unique barn conversion.

Stunning barn! Beautifully decorated and all the right facilities. Less than a mile from the le manoir. Will definitely stay again!

The location is a great alternative to staying at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons itself and a cheaper option with class and luxury. Every facility was available and the host gave us a little bit of extra time for checkout even though there was guesses checking in after us which was helpful. The Barn itself is huge and the photos are really as it is. If you are dining at Le Manoir you can walk in about 10 minutes and as it was a summer eve it was easy to walk back too, although it is dark without street lights being where it is we used our torches and any cars that went by in this little village were very accommodating in giving us space. We loved the barn and didn’t want to leave

Can’t really think of anything it was perfect. If I have to mention anything, the crows like to knock loudly with their beaks on the glass doors at the kitchen early hours of the morning Being July which scared the life out of us when we were asleep. We thought someone was at the front door. This obviously can’t be helped but would not deter from us staying here again.
