Moc hezký, prostorný, moderní dům celý pro nás. Čistota výborná. Klíče vyzvednuty bez problémů dle pokynů majitele. Ubytování je na hoře nad městem, takže ubytování dostupné pouze autem. Parkování přímo před domem. Ulice je klidná. S ubytováním jsme celkově spokojeni a rádi využijeme znovu.

Dům je méně vybavený, než se uvádí v popisu. Například chybí kávovar a spoustu dalších věcí. Kuchyň skromně vybavená, nejsou k dispozici ani základní suroviny jako pepř či sůl (dostupné asi jen to, co zbyde po předchozích hostech). V koupelně chybí nějaké poličky na věci a háčky na ručníky. Určitě zde chybí i nějaké odvětrávání. Topení pouze jedním přímotopem na celý dům, takže může být chladno a věci si nikde neusušíte, pokud venku nesvítí.

Belle maison rénovée et décorée avec goût - Tranquillité - Confort de la literie - Stationnement devant la maison

Pas de cafetière comme indiquée dans l'annonce et pas trop de vaisselle. Voiture indispensable pour aller à Porto Moniz.

Sehr schönes, neues Ferienhaus (Stand April 2024). Dieses Ferienhaus liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt auf dem Berg und ist aber mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen.
