Location, just through the tunnel and you are in the heart of Liverpool, or round the corner to Birkenhead, also close to the ferry terminal if you going to Belfast.

The flat was in a run down block or residential flats, the communal area was disgusting, dog wee and poo on the floor and absolutely stunk, the flat itself was not the one shown on booking.com, they send you the address after they make you pay another deposit on flatzy, it was £100 still has not been refunded but I am sure that will be done today, I will say the flat was ok inside, however for me way over priced considering the above and the general state of the building. would not stay again was not terrible but £50-100 over what you would expect to pay for a place of this condition.
