8 Clos Na Feirme Three Bedroom House with Hot Tub

Very big and spacious, nice view.

Hot tub was a bit dirty and it was not covered from the wind as other hot tubs at the property. I think not all parts of the hot tub were working properly.

Very comfortable bedrooms. Fine size kitchen.

Not enough saucepans (only1)not enough cutlery for 6 people. Not enough toilet roll or towels. Mat at front door was so slippy.

Everything was immaculate. Welcomed by a very nice cleaning lady to a super clean and cozy house. Views are amazing could stand there and look all day. We had a relaxing family stay. Thank you so much

Nothing to fault.

The floors were dangerously wet when we arrived whereby my elderly mother nearly fell. There was no kettle, grill pan, hairdryer, the microwave didn’t work. Very expensive for the location and facilities and standard of cleanliness of the property.

Location was lovely and private

Hot Tub was not turned on time, after seeking help from neighbours Apt 9, they informed us that Hot tub needs to be on at least 12 hrs. NO KETTLE this is so basic requirement and no hair dryer. If you are going to the bath tub pls provide one, just coo on sense. Rang the staff numerous times regarding these issues at 6:55pm but the answer was no one could assist you right now. My friends and I are hoteliers for nearly 22 yrs in Ireland and we will forward the blogs to you separately. Shocking heating water in pans for coffee like the Stone Age. Booking.com always has top class reputation and pls be careful with premises like this. We are from Killarney loved the location stayed in Galway too. My other friends booked through booking.com can’t complain. This place was a pure nightmare, we were in the hot tub at 8:30am as the checkout was at 11am, three ladies with wet hair and no hair dyed. Crazy stuff waited for the staff to explain but no one was there until 11:20am and we left. But rang the staff in the evening informing these issues but minimum interest in the voice. All recorded if you need them. One the guest booked this Apartment first but was unable to complete the booking and booking .com took the payment on her card. We rang London office twice waiting 20 minutes on two occasions and they promised to refund the money and still waiting. Then I Lekha O’Mahony booked the same Apt after. Pls find attached proof of transaction. At this stage so you think we need to report to the place station regarding this matter? Pls kindly email us. Thank you

The Company should get in professional cleaners, the house could do with a deep clean and a maintenance man, the kitchen /Sitting room was quite dirty only needs a good cleaning but very off putting. The downstairs toilet was blocked and leaked which is not a nice thing to walk into
