Strategic location

Kipas ruang tamu rosak, mula2 masuk ada bau busuk. No spare pillow, blanket. No mirror

The location was excellent, with restaurants, convenience stores, and self-service laundromats nearby. The property is also only about 15 minutes from KLIA. The host was responsive, the check-in/check-out process was straightforward, and all instructions regarding the unit and parking were clear and easy to follow. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The security deposit was refunded much faster than expected, which was appreciated. Although the stated turnaround time was within 24 hours, the host refunded it in approximately 7 hours.

The floor felt sticky, two bottles of soap were provided in the bathroom, but there were no labels indicating whether they were body wash, shampoo, or hand soap, and the electric kettle was not working. We also noticed several cockroaches in the kitchen area, which made us uncomfortable using the provided cutlery. In addition, the bedroom air conditioner was not very effective even when set to the lowest temperature, and there was no air conditioning in the living room, making the common area rather warm.

Horrible stay!!! Lack of emphaty from the owner of the homestay. My QR code to enter the security guard was expired and the owner did not inform me earlier. I was waiting at the post guard for 2hours at 6am after finish my night shift and been calling the owner more than 50times but no single response from them. They only get back to after 2hours providing the QR without any apologize and act like nothing happen. Could you imaging keep calling them for 2hours and waiting at the post guard after tiring shift and end they act like nobody ever called them. Plus The floor was sticky and room feel like a jail.

Mohon pihak homestay maklumkan kepada penyewa terlebih awal sama ada ingin menginap @ tidak sekiranya terdapat kekurangan pada rumah tersebut.cnth blok C2210 tempat kami menginap tidak mempunyai pintu dibhgn tmpt membasuh dan pintu sliding bhgn balkoni tidak boleh dilock .

Security terlalu bergantung dgn Qr code,owner plak xbg qr siap2,tpksa tggu qr code semata2..klau bwk lugage byk dtg ngan grab mmg menyusahkan..mgkin first and last kot stay snie

Great room, it's not a big room, just perfect for one or two person. Quite clean and check-in instructions were easy. Location is quite close to ERL Salak Tinggi, makes travelling to and from KLIA easy.

WiFi was a bit weak, YouTube had a hard time loading videos. Not sure if it is just something that happened on the day of my stay but should be looked into.
