Beautiful 5BR 4 baths Themed home near Disney and Universal, Private Pool, Gameroom, baby Crib and more

Beautiful home, pool was great.

The oven would not heat but was not a huge deal.

The size of the property was nice compared to what was on the photos. The location was very convenient and it was easy to navigate without a GPS after a while. There were lots of things in the kitchen that helped during my stay since every meal was cooked in house.

Most importantly, it was difficult to contact the host. There were fees that we were not aware of until after booking we were not able to access the house with the code because it was incorrect when I arrived. The house was not at its cleanest the connecting restroom also had a broken shower curtain and there was water all over the bathroom. We paid the fee to use the grill (which we paid as one of the hidden fees after the fact thru Zelle) and there was no propane in the tank so we had to wait again on a refill. Bathrooms, kitchen utensils, beds, The pool and the deck was also dirty.

House is beautiful it was our second time staying really enjoyed it from the pool to cooking in the kitchen and my kids love it

The kitchen was nice and big.

The price for this is not at all worth it. The fees added for the dogs was very high. Would have liked to cancel once I saw the price for the dogs but they have a no refund policy after you pay. After staying here I can see why. They allowed us to pay for pool heat a couple days before the trip and then told us because of the weather it probably wouldn’t work well. Asked if it took some time to heat up they immediately responded no refunds. Wasn’t looking for one just unsure of how the heat on the pool worked. It was in the upper 60s hitting 70 during the day and we never had warm water. The shower water was warm for about 5 mins. They did allow us to mess with the water heater which didn’t do much. There is soap build up all around the master bathroom shower. The tub in there wasn’t cleaned well at all so we never used it. There is a rug on the back patio that smells like dog pee so bad it would stink up the whole downstairs as soon as you opened a door. There are plugs coming out of the walls. The paint and wallpaper was done very poorly. There was what looked like mold in the upstairs bathroom. They claim it is not and it has to do with the contractors they hired. Seems like that should be taken care of for the price you are charging for this place. When concerns were sent I received a very long ai response after leaving a day early due to just not being comfortable or being able to enjoy the pool or pool area. Will not choose to stay outside of where o usually do again after this experience.

Lovely Modern home with lots of extras to make your stay comfortable. The host was very communicative and answered any questions and checked on how we were finding our stay . Thank you cici for being a great host

Hottub and heated pool was ready to go! The house was beautiful

We had a very comfortable stay, the house is very nice, spacious and well decorated, it is very well equipped with everything you may need during your stay, the host was very friendly.
