Lovely and clean, peaceful and comfortable

The bathroom was downstairs. If we had a bathroom in the room it would have been perfect.

Central Location.

Room dirty. Tiny room. Elevated bed almost touching ceiling. Dangerous access to bed. Bath room down stair, on other side of building. Terrible value, £80 for one night. Horrible experience, avoid!

I moved out after 3 days no heating no hot water the place was damp noisy guests in other rooms the kitchen area was used as a smoking area.

I was promised a part refund for there being no hot water or heating , not received ! The people in the rooms above on both Wednesday and Thursday were very loud until 3 am on both days and on the same two days there was a very strong smell of cannabis through the house .

Supposed to have en-suite and didn’t also didn’t reply or answer my messages or calls

Very very cold inside. Freezing. Uncomfortable bed. Couch not clean.
