Glasgow Central Station SKYLINE Apartment with Parking (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room-Kitchen)

Was given a different apartment from the one booked as I had changed my dates and the agency agreed. So this review is for the 6 Riverview apartment and not Skyline. The only positive aspect- riverside.

Everyaspect as not to my liking- chekin process, location, no elevators, cleanliness, promptness of response, location away from city center.

Good communication throughout, will definitely stay again.

Very convenient location for Glasgow business district, I enjoyed my stay and had a relaxing evening after work. The building is safe and secure, the apartment is nicely decorated and had all amenities I needed. Loved the American style double fridge freezer.

Exceeded my expectations.

Nothing, totally not a described and not what was expected as in number of beds, parking spaces, we were lied to and very disappointed This owner should not be on bookings dot com

We were told there was parking for two vehicles and then told that we were not told this , via a totally innocent middle person, who was not in on the conversation. We booked online for sleeping facilities for seven single men. Knowing that there would be one double bed, and the rest would be singles. A father and son in our party would share the double and singles available for each other person. Not so, the property had two double beds and two singles and when we complained and followed up the minute we arrived, we were told there was an inflatable mattress in the cupboard in the hall with a foot pump! This caused our party to have to split up at great expense and find alternative accomodation for three members of our group. A total disgrace and not a care or a worry from the owners.. they could not have cared less. We also had a second apartment booked in the same facility, booked on my recommendation for a member of our group traveling with his wife and three children, it was not available and they sent them to some dodgy part of Glasgow miles form us, to an apartment nothing like what was booked, with no parking at all!!! These owners should be forced to compensate all of us and never allowed on booking.com ever again!!

Everything. Total scam. What was advertised was not what we got. Complete lie and they are using fake photos of another property. Have reported this property.

Room was cancelled on 2 occasions and left us with no where to stay at the last minute complete gangster

Nothing, it was absolutely ABYSMAL and a total scam.

TOTAL SCAM. We booked a stunning apartment only to be told on our way from the apartment that there was an issue and we were being upgraded to a better unit in a different location. I don't believe for a second that the original apartments were a real booking. The "upgrade" was worse than a backpackers. We were given a big but awful apartment that was extremely tired and old and in a very rough part of Glasgow. I can't put into words how bad it was. There was work bing done on the building so we had tradies walking past the windows all day and at one point the whole front access was removed so we had to go through the back carpark. The beds were rock hard, the furniture was stained, broken and mismatched. The carpet was stained and EVERY wall was heavily marked. The patio was falling apartment and wasn't safe to walk on.

Fully equipped apartment. Exactly what we needed. Initially we were 4 guests booked the 2 bed skyline apartment, requested Megan as we had 2 more members joining in and she asked management for 3 bedrooms skyline. It was all done. Thank you so so much. Great price for quality. Security top notch for the building.night security guard available too along with the concierge service. Location central.
