"Apart from the radiator issue everything was perfect"

Comfy bed, decent views, overall very cosy

Due to winter weather it was expected by us for it to be cold, upon arrival we got the radiators on and they didn’t seem to do an amazing job of heating the place up even with the blinds closed

Room was freezing cold, couldn't get the heating to work, had to sleep in clothes, couldn't get tv to work
