"Enjoyed the stay minus a few inconveniences"

The location was excellent. Friendly staff and free parking in the garage was easy and convenient

Some apartments on the floor had construction - which made it somewhat loud during one of the days. The day of checkout the building turned off the power - no electricity, no AC, no hot water - we were notified of this outage after we checked in.

"Overall, our stay here was great!"

Location was fantastic. Close to everything (beach, shopping, restaurants) but out of the noise.

The elevators mainly. We appreciated the parking garage, but the spaces are so small that parking was tricky.

"Great stay with our family."

Location, not too high above the ground floor, loved the bbq area and used it several times, well equipped kitchen, close to laundry and trash room, pleasant view of Diamond Head, friendly security staff, lots of towels, easy to walk down stairs to avoid waiting for lift, good parking

Sometimes there was a long wait for lifts and no way to access stairs to walk up if we wanted to, waste in shower very slow to drain. Tried to remedy it but couldn’t get much improvement.

"Great holiday spot in Waikik."

Location was great, close to beach property management excellent, very well equipped kitchen, safe, very nice view of Diamond Head. Convenient small market in the building at decent prices. Good wifi.

Appartment was a bit small compared to pictures. Furniture and carpet could be updated for the price charged (but beds are very comfortable). Very small balcony.
