Security Deposit Policy A security deposit will be automatically collected upon booking. Amount that will be collected: $500 Security deposit $17.50 Security Deposit refund processing fee Refund Process: The $500 security deposit will be refunded within 48–72 hours after checkout, provided no damages or house rules violations are reported. If any issues are identified after checkout, we will notify you with details of the issue and the associated cost. Any remaining balance from the security deposit will then be refunded accordingly. "Good enough - Not perfect."

Attended a graduation at GCU so location was great and the neighborhood was not bad. There was good air-conditioning but it seemed to be much more efficient upstairs. There was a very nice neighborhood cat! :)

The property has multiple unit town homes and access was accomplished with a door code - never met hosts. The description was - sleeps 8, but our unit had 3 queen beds and a day bed so really sleeps 7 - unless you count the couch, which does not pull out? The property description list two bathrooms - but it is actually 1 full and the second is a toliet and sink upstairs. So showers may take a while if the property is fully occupied. The two bedrooms and full bath are downstairs, with the living/kitchen space upstairs. The stairs are steep and there is no handrail - elderly may be challenged. Also, the garbage disposal did not work and the hosts could not offer any help. Extra comments inspired from bonus questions - there is no view and really wouldn't walk around the neighborhood and the only extra fee I considered was one for $45 to gain access at 2pm rather than 4pm.

"Stay away from booking.con"

The property and the property management was amazing. The place was nice but we went through booking and they are horrible business $500 deposit wasn’t stated unless she went into another part of the book went to the room. It said nothing about deposit of $500 it said everything was included for the 313 is great don’t ever use Booking.com..

"Nice townhome and nice stay in Phoenix for our first time there."

The townhome was big and spacious and good for our stay needs for our trip to Phoenix. It was nice to be able to cook our food and save money from eating out every meal. The beds were comfy and had hot showers, internet was good. Overall was a good experience after the initial problem we had which was very quickly remedied and no worries after

could have used a little more dishes and pots and pans and cookware but we made do with what we had.

Nice kitchen and facilities. Fantastic safe central location. Good communication.

Realistically sleeps 4. Three beds and a cot in two bedrooms. Couch in the upstairs.
