-Self-Check- Penthouse

We loved our stay! It was perfect with dogs. All the neighbours were friendly and polite and it was easy to take dogs outside. Loved the balkony and the view! Easy to arrive by car and you can find parking place easily by the building. Everything that we needed was just "5 minutes" drive away. If you are looking for a luxory then this is not for you. If you don't mind few flaws then this is perfect.

At the balkony all the chairs needs to be changed. Most of them are broken.

Apartment was not very clean, falling out paint on the walls, couches dirty, lundry still dying in bedroom, bathtub dirty, no nirmal dors (sliding doors from bathroom which were falling out). Contact with owner terrible unkind unpleasent even rude. On every question i got yeld at. Additional cost must be paid in advance and the info says we can pay it on sight. No refound on additional cost which were not used (we paid for 6 dogs and came with 4 and city tax paid for 3 people but we came 2 wanted refound i got lied to that he paid all the money to the city when dogs i was paying on his bank account) many problems on every possible way. The description of the apartment not true. Did not see the cash machine on the object, 24/7 security is just a small camera put by the owner in front of the door and the owner is lying that he don’t know how many person and dogs are in apartment. Personal trainer and 24/7 health care is a joke! There is nothing like this. Balcony so dirtly we did not even use it and the doors to it is more like a bit bigger window not doors. The whole thing is just a big joke. Even toilet paper is the cheapest one possible. Definatelly not worth its price and definatelly do not recomend to anyone.

The view is amazing, the equipment is excellent and it is cozy.
