• ALL GUESTS checking in must submit their Government ID’s/Passport pictures so Building Admin can process their APPROVED Guest Clearance Form (GCF). This form is needed to enter the building property premise. • Guests are required to show their ID’s to Gate guard upon entry and show their signed GCF. NO FORM, NO ENTRY. • This property only allows a maximum of 4 people. This will be verified upon entry and in their submitted GCF. • Visitors should be declared pre-booking to inform Property Owner. Visitors can only stay until 11:00 PM. Else, penalty of P1,000 per person will be implemented by Admin.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Balaib3 was Exceptional"

The unit is well maintained, clean, elegant, spacious and very affordable. The view from the balcony was exceptional. A few minutes away from the tourist attractions. Also, the host was very accommodating and replied to my inquiries instantly. We will definitely go back to Baguio and stay at BalaiB3 because for me this is a perfect transient for your family.
