Spacious Condo Mins to Shands, University, & DOWNTOWN!

Loved that it had 4 bathrooms. Each room had a bathroom. Very clean. Comfortably fit 7 people. Only thing…. No elevator and on third floor. Took us by surprise but we were able to manage. Did leave the cooler in the car and just brought the drinks up. Was in Gainesville for a graduation and thankfully everyone that was with me could manage the stairs. Other than that it was a great place to stay for the night.

The showers in the bathrooms were dirty.

Roomy n was in a good neighborhood no noise except traffic but what could u expect off of hwy ,would book again

The room could of used a better tub drain system ,cleaner could have cleaned Fans n ac filter vent n cleaner didn't clean under couches I'm guessing there were toe nails under it ,other wise enjoyed the stay

The condo was very spacious. The set up was nice as well. They provided coffee, tea, laundry soap and other items around the space which was very nice.

There was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. I don't recall if it said that in the description or not.

The apartment layout was great and the people were all helpful. The apartment also has some fun blocks and other toys that kept my little ones engaged. It was thoughtfully decorated and cute.

The complex and apartment itself were a little run down. No where did it tell us that it was a 3rd floor walk up. I have three small children and two older grandparents. We would not have booked had we known. The private pool is the complexes that is on premise. Google maps also had trouble directing us. It would have helped to just know the property was called UniversityTerrance. We walked up to two other doors at other properties before getting ahold of someone who directed us there.

Everything that was needed was there, including sunscreen!
