They are very pushy. No transparency. Will ask to cancel booking.com booking & push to pay in cash . Takes advance over Phonepe and never returns it & ignores. Very rude & dishonest. Absolutely no concern for the customer or customer service. Avoid at all costs

Excellent location; clean apartment; has all the basic amenities for an ( almost) independent stay for a family.

Lack of washing machine in the apartment- what’s there is a common washing machine tht is to be shared by other ‘ tenants’ renting out other apartments. The address isn’t that easy to find, and Google maps could be misleading. However, the saving grace is the presence of a banquet/ function hall right opposite and that serves as a good landmark.
