ORLANDO NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE 1. The apartment given is not the one in the pictures at all. The one I was given faces the road - thus, the claimed lake view is fake as the lake is behind the building 2. There is no windows in the kitchen or bathroom. There is one glass wall besides the door and the curtain needs to be permanently closed because it faces the walkway and everyone walking out the elevator can see inside the room 3. Unbelievably and unsanitarity as it seems, there is NO sink in the toilet. The only sink in the unit is the one in the small kitchen where you can wash your plates, shave and brush your teeth. That was a nice catch, as you are unlikely yo notice from the pictures 4. When we arrived the unit was EXTREMELY DIRT everywhere. On the first day we had to go to the supermarket and buy cleaning supplies, plates, cups, bed linen, towels and clean it on our own 5. There were 2 plastic glasses and 2 plastic plates in the kitchen. We had to buy cutlery, coffee mugs, cutting boards, plates, bathroom and kitchen products and so on. We left it as a donation to them to alleviate the pain of the next guests 6. Safety: in the first night there was a person arrested in the parking lot 7. No spare bed linen, kitchen towels, bathroom carpets... We had to buy that too 9. There was a leak in the shower that was never fixed and the bathroom flooded every time the shower was used 10. Customer service is inexistent. No responses on the three phone numbers given, phones were off when I asked to cancel a few minutes after check in and find the actual condition of the place. Booking asked for the cancellation, the property management denied, and offer as alternative for me to pay 700 USD to cancel, despite the actual apartment was absolutely inconsistent with the advertisement Never again! This ad should be cancelled.
