Everything you need is there, just like being at home.

There was no fans in the property as it got a little hot at night. We wanted to cook something, but there was a issues with the Canopy cupboard so we dint bother using the cooker and just eaten out, And toilet seat had rusted,

All good really. Beds could do with updating as mattresses in the twin room were lumpy with a topper fitted to try and disguise the issue Don’t let this put you off though

The layout, clean and warm. Very short walk to the harbour. The kitchen had everything and more that you needed.

No dishwasher.

This accommodation did not supply breakfast N/A. I stayed alone and it had simply everything needed but would suit a family just as well. Everything is provided: Washing Machine, Iron, plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, Towels, etc so no need to take any usual household items. The shower is great: powerful stream at a constant temperature. They say that location is everything and this property has that. If you want to be less than 1 minute from everything happening in the lively Brixham harbour area, this is the one for you! Very near to the main shops and a very enjoyable short walk to many other places.

Hard to find any problems as this is a great place in the perfect location. One light over the dining table goes off on its own but a nitpicking issue not a problem. Tiles around kitchen area need regluing, but again, nitpicking.
