Private Room0 Own Bath Own Entry Shared Kitchen Walk to UCSD

The property is located close to the seashore, and right across the UCSD campus. I chose it primarily so I could walk to the graduation ceremonies without worrying about parking. It gets cool breeze from the Pacific in the morning and evening.

Minimum 7-10 minutes drive from any restaurants, cafes and stores. No windows with outside views (but does have glass vents on top to let in fresh air) If you were not there for campus reasons, San Diego has at least 20% cheaper hotels comparable hotels with much better locations, prices and daily maid service.

Loved that it was so close to La Jolla and a 3 minute walk from UCSD. Made it easy for me to tour the school and not drive. And the property was great and secure.

Great location very near school and Route 30 bus stop nearby to cover further distances. Room was tidy and cozy. Property owner was really helpful in explaining things in details and providing additional supplies. Very much appreciated!

Didn’t have warm/hot tap water.

The wall is too thin. I can hear a lot from other renters. The bed is a bit too soft.
