At the first two days the hot water worked fine but after those two days, the hot water didnt work

Its easy and you can arrive for check in at any time.

We were 3 and had informed in advance our guests of our 3 names (even if the reservation was by mistake done for 2). The bed was not ready for the 3rd person and the 3rd person had no extra-blanket for the first night. Fisrt thing requested by our guest was 50 € extra. Leaving-room (with 3rd bed) on a very busy street and then lot of noise. No hot water the evening of the 2nd night. We asked Booking to intervene (it was not done by our guest spontenaously) and finally our guest gave us the location (location was not obvious at all!) of the button to turn on hot water (button turned off by house maid in the morning ?) Explanation to enter flat given in Italian only.

I liked the overall of the apartment. It's spacious and really clean. What you see in the picture is what you get. It has all the facilities you need and there are many bus that go to the station and centre from the apartment. There's also a bar downstairs where you can eat breakfast and even lunch. There's also a supermarket near. The staff are really helpful. Whenever we ask something they respond immediately. We really loved our stay there and we'll definitely book again.
