Very clean, and nice feel To it. Everything anyone would need, and close to everything.

Wasn’t clear on the apartment being on the 4th floor, was hard for my mum to get up and down the stairs.

Lovely decorated, clean and modern apartment, good location close to city centre and Leeds direct arena all within walking distance. Size of the apartment was perfect for two of us. Check in was easy and quick.

The TV didn’t work properly had no signal but Netflix etc. all works you just can’t watch freeview.

The location was great for our visit to Leeds arena , and reasonably close to the city centre shopping .contemporary feel to the apartment and simple instructions off the hosts ..it was genuinely a pleasant apartment to stay in .

The only down side was the lack of car parking nearby (car parking across the road was reasonably priced ) and being on the 4 th floor having no lift was a burden …having said that we were pre warned of these issues and so it’s personal choice if you still book ..also just a simple set of signage in the building directing floor levels and room directions would help.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotless!

I stayed for 3 nights for work. I regularly book apts when staying for more than 1 night as i like to feel like i am coming home and get some normality from cooking dinner etc. The apartment was spotless and very well equiped. It has a nice welcoming atmosphere. I would stay again.

It was up 4 flights of stairs and i didn't know there was a lift until i checked out... I will know next time.

Basic and sterile. Tv missing the remote control

This flat is newly refurbished and contains everything you need for a short stay. The kitchen and living room is particularly nice.

The flat is on the fourth floor and there is no lift, so this flat is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
