Palazzo EL Cattedrale in historic MDINA by 360 Estates

Great location, right in the enter of the old city of Mdina. the house was very spacious with had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. A full sized refrigerator was definitely a plus.

The power - the circuit breaker kept tripping. We could not dry our clothes using the dryer because that would trip the breaker. An extra set of towels or towel replacement would have been nice. Extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom would have been good. A glass door to one of the bedroom wardrobes was just leaning of the wardrobe. This was not fixed even though I reported it. No soap was available in the entire house.

We had a lovely stay in Mdina, loved the Location and the property is huge and felt special. Lovely large bedrooms and bathrooms. Rabat is just a 10 minute walk away for more restaurants and places to visit.

Would love to have given this property 10 out of 10 but felt the property could have been better maintained, oven didnt work, iron was broken and light bulbs broken etc and door stuck so we were unable to leave one day. However the Property managers were very helpful and bought us a small grill oven, new pan and iron when we we advised him of the broken items. Also needed tea towels and dishcloths and cooking knives.

Mould in showers in bath rooms. Only one set of keys offered. No tea-towels in kitchen. Confusing rubbish removal instructions.

Fantastic location in the heart of Mdina. During the day it's buzzing with tourists but tends to be quiet in the evenings and at night. The house is beautiful and large, and the beds are very comfortable. All was very clean and the bathrooms large and modern.

Very little furniture, and in such a large an open house it echoes a lot and becomes noisy very quickly. Instructions were a bit lacking (wifi codes incorrect, no instructions on the parking restrictions etc.), and the kitchen is not equipped up to standard. We requested some more utensils so we could make breakfast at the property but didn't receive any so had to buy knives and cutting boards ourselves.

Everything was perfect, just a few recommendations for your guests, because it's really hard to buy water in Mdina. Please leave them plenty of water for at least the first day of their stay. Also, consider giving people not just one set of keys but two, although it's your personal right to decide. Thirdly, select cookware that is suitable for the stove because you have an induction stove, and the pans in the kitchen just don't work. Therefore, we had to bake all our food in the oven, which is also quite good and very healthy.
