MYThe location of the apartment is about 10 minutes drive to the centre of Georgetown. It's a brand new apartment with a well equipped kitchen and the entire area is cozy and clean. We are very impressed with the effort of the host by providing plates, bowls, cups which specifically for halal purposes and they put the kiblat direction (praying direction) in the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and will return to this place when we are in Penang. Thank you Alex and Eve for your hospitality.

MYMYIt was a great experience. Both Eve and Alex were very accommodating. Check-in was easy, and the best part was that the way to park was convenient for a large car. The room was spacious, and I loved that it had two bathrooms. There were plenty of elevators, which was helpful when it got busy on the weekends.

1. Hotel is not called Cityscape Haven, it's called Urban Suites. Very confusing. I suggest clarifying with hotel to avoid confusion of your future bookings from members. 2. We booked the room according to room description - 2 bedrooms - 1 room queen bed, 2nd room 3 beds. But the room assigned it's not as described. The 2nd rooms has 1 queen bed and 2 futons were provided. However, the room size is not big enough for placing 2 futons, To us, it's considered be cheated. 3. On last night stay, the apartment was power outage when we returned to hotel at 10pm. Take more than 1 hour still cud not fix it. Unexpected no In-house no technican . Room was all dark and no air -cond, terribly hot. It's last night stay, we needed to pack asap our luggages in order to get rest for catching early morning flight. At the end, hotel offered to change room in another block. We had no choice to accept the inconvenience offered. Room is all dark to pack our stuff, which were speaded all around .. We asked for torch, and unbelievably, only offer mobile phone torch, do not expect a serviced apartment does not prepare for emergency needed tools. 3 . We finally moved to the offered unit and found the room has ants in the toilet, living room and bed. We had informed hotel on this. By the time we settled down, we cud only take one hr sleep then going to airport. I strongly request hotel for compensation.
