Gardenfront Escape with Ocean Views at Kapa’a Sands 24

Location, kitchen, view, parking, wash machine and drier, very clean and beautiful!

All was perfect!

Small beach on the property which is nice if you want to enjoy without having to drive to a bigger beach. Beautiful views from our condo. The place was nicely equipped (blender, beach chairs, coolers etc). The pool is very nice to have when you want to freshen up on those very hot and humid days. Very walkable with a small shopping center, restaurants and a market around,there is also a safeway a little further convenient for groceries. It is also very well situated to go both on the north and west shore of the island to see all the beautiful things that the Kauai island has to offer. We very much enjoyed the two bedroom unit. Spacious and perfect for our family, every had their space and we enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor living spaces

Unfortunately, during our stay the unit next door was being renovated after a fire. It created very heavy noise for 2-3 days but the management company did a commercial gesture in exchange. It doesn't cancel the noise and being woken up during our naps but it shows some care. We don't know if it's always the case but it felt like the gardeners were on site every day. Creates noise as well. Not the best when you're trying to enjoy your lauai and there are gas leaf blower full blast. Internet was not working when we arrived. A technician was scheduled but we had to be on site. There was also a termite inspection where we had to be out of our unit for 2h. We did a late check out but our code stopped working at the regular check out time. All of that to say we understand not of those issues were in their control but it felt like a lot to handled/manage while on a vacation. The property management could adjust to make stays a little more seamless.

We were happy to stay at a quiet place by the ocean --away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel. The condo was clean, the beds & pillows were comfortable, the space had the needed amenities. The location was great---the central location was great for driving in different directions around the island. We are especially appreciative of how helpful and accessible the property manager was.

Liked the lay out with two bedrooms upstairs. Had a lanai AND a balcony. Close to beach. Easy to get to activities, shopping, etc. Had a pool. Nice air flow with trade winds. Quiet
