Lokasjonen er perfekt.

Dårlig isolert mellom soverom og stue. Dårlig rengjort. Soverom i 3 etasje / hems er ikke godkjent med tanke på brannforskrifter. Det mangler brannstige ved vindu. Hvis det begynner å brenne på kjøkkenet, så kommer man seg ikke ut. Tv systemet fungerer dårlig. Det persienner i stuen, slik at solen ikke skinner rett inn. Sengen i andre etasje kan ikke defineres som en dobbeltseng det er veldig dårlig plass der.

Flott leilighet med nydelig utsikt. God plass, rent og ryddig! 15 meter til nærmeste tursti, under 10 minutters gange så er man oppe på fjellet. Masse turmuligheter, sykkelløyper i umiddelbar nærhet og på vinteren er det 15 meter bort til slalomløypa. Et herlig sted!
