its many construction noise around and in the building .

The place is in an excellent location. Easy walking distance to many coffee shops restaurants bars, comfortable bed, living room! Our overall experienced at this property was great.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations, as it provided all necessary amenities and was conveniently located near dining and shopping options.

Our experience at this property was nothing short of exceptional, and we find ourselves loving with every moment of our stay. The accessibility to the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants gives more convenience to us. The cleanliness of the entire unit creates an ambiance that truly feels like a cherished home away from home, surpassing our expectations. We found ourselves genuinely relaxed and at peace, making our stay very much enjoyable. Beyond the physical attributes of the property, the owners, Minchie and Queno, added an extra layer of warmth to our experience. Their friendliness and approachability were evident in their willingness to promptly address any queries we had. Their responsiveness was noteworthy, and they thoughtfully provided us with comprehensive instructions, along with helpful do's and don'ts, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Smaller than expect, especially the super single size bed.

Good location. Plenty of places to eat. Clean apartment.

Wouldn't really describe the view as stunning. Hopeless shower. Didn't manage to get hot water from the shower even though the heater was switched on. Minimal water pressure from shower so having a shower took ages. Very noisy fridge - sounded faulty. We had an evening flight so we were hoping to leave our luggage with reception but they would only store luggage for 1 hour after checkout - what use is that? You have to make a reservation to use the pool and only 2 people can swim for free - you have to pay a fee for each additional person - how ridiculous is that, a family cannot just go to the pool and swim. Local beach very disappointing.
